Over the last three weeks, 7 residents at HMP elmley have completed the personal development programme! The aim of the programme is to support those who are not enaging in the regime and are not in either education or employment at the prison.
The 7 residents worked incredibly hard during the 3 week programme, they spent some time working on what they would like to acheive while they are at Elmley and what they would like to do once they are released.
The residents then had the opportunity to then showcase their plans to CM’s and Goveners.
All 7 residents are now working towards joining a range of different courses at Elmley.
