About This Project

Kinetic provide a personal development programme designed to work with men not engaging in the regime and with history of exclusion.  The programme is designed to cater for men who are unengaged, hard to reach with low self-esteem and should be fully inclusive.

The program focuses on personal development and cover a range of support including (but not limited to):

• Resilience
• Self-refection
• Positive thinking
• Motivation
• Goal setting
• Improving self esteem
• Adapting to change
